Services

Currently, my focus is on filling a small portion of the huge demand for Web presence by making quick, inexpensive and good-looking client-managed Web sites.

“Client-managed site” or technically correct term “content management system” means that you have full control over adding, revising and deleting photos and text.
You tell me what you want, I tell you how much it will cost, and we get rolling. There are never any hidden fees because the size of the job is set from the beginning.

OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE

  • Print design – I do everything from logos, presentations, slideshow videos, brochures, postcards, rack cards, flyers, posters and architectural sign mockups (like the big stone wall sign as photo on this site. I took the photo as well.
  • Photography – landscapes, portraits, products. Check out my photos on this site and you’ll see how much I love this work.
  • Photo manipulation – with my years of experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Corel PhotoPaint and Corel Painter I can do pretty much anything you want done to a photo (within legal limits) so don’t be afraid to ask.
  • Copy-writing – if you don’t want to write your own copy, and many people don’t,  just give me the info and I’ll assemble an array of rhetoric that is clear, correct and appropriate to the genre and audience.

Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions,

Thanks!

Who and Wow

Hi, I’m Rick and thanks for looking at my site.

I’ve been creating graphics for professional output since I was in high school back in the early 1980′s. Come to think of it, this gig goes back to the middle schoool annual staff back in the late 1970s. I received my first associate degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1985 and since, I have worked at three advertising agencies, a college graphics and Web department and as a freelancer.

My clients range from individuals to non-profits to corporations and I’ve conducted graphics and intensive Photoshop workshops for local municipalities and a major university.

Graphics production technology has come a long way since the days I housed two drafting tables and no computers in the office to the now-obligatory Windows PC and Mac computers plus Android and Apple testing devices. Along with the technological evolution, design techniques and trends continually change; upon perusal of my portfolio you’ll see I’ve advanced right along with them.

If you like what you see and think my work is a good fit for your needs, please call or email.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Rick
